BREAKING NEWS: River Girl educates adults and youth in her New River shop!

Kelly McCoy has visited our Chapter on several occasions and provided a program for our membership. She has over 8,000 customers in her shop annually that will become aware of the Trout In The Classroom (TIC) program. While awaiting their rafting shuttle, over 3,000 kids are among her customers and will be able to participate in a mini-lesson about the life cycle of trout and the importance of cold, clean water for trout as well as mankind. Kelly's tank will raise trout fry to full adult trout which will be released in late fall. Her efforts will serve to promote and encourage others to return to their school and consider the TIC program for their future education. |
